Pengaruh Delorme Exerciseterhadap Peningkatan Daya Tahan Ototquadriceps Femoris Pada Pemain Futsal

Latar Belakang : Dalam permainan futsal kemampuan fisik merupakan kebutuhan dasar dalam penampilan olahraga futsal, dan kemampuan fisik juga harus dipertimbangkan sebagai sebagian penting untuk menampilkan teknik dan taktik yang sempurna seperti dalam olahraga futsal. Untuk mencapai kemampuan fisik diperlukan adanya daya tahan otot yang tinggi. Salah satu modalitas untuk meningkatkan daya tahan otot adalah pemberian latihan Delorme. Delorme dikenal dengan Progressive Resistance Exercise (PRE) dengan menggunakan pendekatan latihan strengthening. Prosedur nya menentukan 10RM memberikan beban yang paling berat dan dapat digerakkan samai 10 kali repitisi. Tujuan Penelitian: untuk mengetahui pengaruh delorme exercise terhadap peningkatan daya tahan otot quadricep pada pemain futsal. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimental, dengan desain penelitian Pre and Post Test With Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel 20 orang yang terdiri dari 10 orang kelompok perlakuan dan 10 orang kelompok kontrol. Modalitas yang diberikan adalah Terapi latihan berupa Delorme selama 4 minggu berturut-turut dengan 1set setiap kali latihan. Pengukuran daya tahan otot quadriceps femoris dilakukan dengan menggunakan wall sit test. Uji Normalitas data menggunakan Shapiro-Willk tes kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesa dengan Paired Sample T-test dan uji beda menggunakan Independen T-Test. Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan pengujian statistik didapatkan hasil yang signifikan dengan nilai P adalah 0.0001 dimana < 0.05 yang berarti Ha diterima. Artinya ada pengaruh pemberian Delorme terhadap daya tahan otot quadriceps femoris pada pemain futsal. Kesimpulan: Pemberian Delorme terbukti memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya tahan otot quadriceps femoris pada pemain futsal

An ant colony optimization inspired algorithm for the set packing problem with application to railway infrastructure

Railway infrastructure managers now have to deal with operators' requests for increased capacity. Planning the construction or reconstruction of infrastructures must be done very carefully due to the huge required invest- ments and the long term implications. Usually, assessing the capacity of one component of a rail system is done by measuring the maximum number of trains that can be operated on this component within a certain time period. In our work, we deal with two real situations. The first is Pierrefitte-Gonnesse crossing point located at the north of Paris. The second is the Lille-Flandres station which is the largest station in North of France. Measuring the capacity of junctions is a matter of solving an optimisation problem called the saturation problem [1], and which can be formulated as a Set Packing Problem (SPP). The Emergence and Significance of the Palaestra Type in Greek Architecture

Seit ihrem Aufkommen im 4. Jh. v. Chr. bildeten Palästren die typische Bauform griechischer Gymnasien. Der Beitrag diskutiert Funktion und Bedeutung dieser Architekturform aus zwei Perspektiven. Einerseits wird die Identifikation mehrerer Bauten kritisch hinterfragt (Argos, Epidauros, Milet, Paestum, Sikyon). Davon ausgehend wird die Kombination von Peristylhof, Exedra und Waschraum (Lutron) als ein Kriterienkatalog definiert, mit dessen Hilfe sich in aller Regel die typologische Deutung eines Baus als Palästra begründen lässt. Andererseits wird die Bedeutung des Peristylmotivs vor dem weiteren Hintergrund des zeitgenössischen Städtebaus erörtert. Dabei wird deutlich, dass das Peristyl auch im Fall der Gymnasia zur Schaffung funktional sowie sozial exklusiver Räume genutzt wurde

Gymnasial Buildings and Sanctuaries. A Contribution to the Formation of the Palaestra and an Interpretation of the So-Called ‘Echo Stoa’

Das Aufkommen der Palästra als Gebäude in Form eines Peristyls kann ins letzte Drittel des 4. Jhs. v. Chr. datiert werden, wobei die schriftlichen Quellen zeigen, dass es bereits früher Palästren gab. Von diesen ist aber noch keine sicher identifiziert worden. In diesem Beitrag wird davon ausgegangen, dass einige Gebäude in außerstädtischen Heiligtümern auf der Peloponnes, die mit Funktionen des Sports, des Wettkampfs und der Körperpflege verbunden werden können, solche frühen Palästren repräsentieren. Die Beispiele in den großen Heiligtümern von Nemea und Epidauros führen zum Gebäudekomplex der Echo-Stoa in Olympia, der sehr wahrscheinlich als erste Palästra in dem Heiligtum angesprochen werden kann

Chiral Symmetry Restoration and Parity Mixing

We derive the expressions of the vector and axial current from a chiral Lagrangian restricted to nucleons and pions. They display mixing terms between the axial and vector currents. We study the modifications in the nuclear medium of the coupling constants of the axial current, namely the pion decay constant and the nucleonic axial one due to the requirements of chiral symmetry. We express the renormalizations in terms of the local scalar pion density. The latter also governs the quark condensate evolu- tion and we discuss the link between this evolution and the renormaliza- tions. In the case of the nucleon axial coupling constant this renormali- zation corresponds to a new type of exchange currents, with two exchanged pions. We give an estimate for the resulting quenching.
